Velez-Malaga March 2023-Second part

Fourth Day- 8th March- El Dia de las Mujeres

We worked at school with our Spanish classmates using some apps to create a virtual museum about an important woman.

We chose an Italian woman and students from Velez chose a Spanish woman, a present woman or a woman from the past, who is a model for us.

Then we left school heading to the park "Maria Zambrano", entitled to a famous philosopher from Malaga. Here we celebrated the International Women's Day with songs and music performed by two artists. There were many schools and it was hot. At the end of the concert the Erasmus students sang on the stage together and we had lot of fun.

Later we went back to school to continue our projects and we went home at 3pm, the end of school lessons.

It was a memorable day.

Fifth Day- 9th March - Start working

....arrived at school, I continued the work in 3D on women, with Francesca, Martina and Ramiro. At 11 we had a snack with Churros and chocolate. After the snack we took a "surprise" train and went to the Forteza de Vélez Málaga, we climbed the tower to observe the panorama, shortly after we went to a church where they showed us a video.

Around 1.30 pm we went to the municipality of Vélez Málaga and met the mayor who thanked us and wished us a pleasant stay in this town. At 14 we went back to school and we were all together and had a lot of fun. In the afternoon we met at the sports center where we played football, volleyball and had a snack. The part I liked the most was when before the bell rang we were all together.. it was nice because I realized how nice and welcoming they are❤️ Greta Melacca 2B
